- Asset type: Class 8 semi trucks only
- Model years: 2020 and newer
- Collateral: Secured debt only
- Status: Charged-off, non-performing portfolios only
- Minimum size: 5 VINs per portfolio
- Portfolio cap: Up to $20,000,000 unpaid balance
- Target close: 15–30 days
- Geographic scope: United States (contiguous 48 preferred)
- Exclusions: No consumer debt
